Our Mission
To provide the customised support for life skills through robust engagement that stimulate performance and navigates the pressures of daily life. Recommendation and referral for professional assistance where applicable amongst the Women and Men of all ages, race and creed.

Meet Our Founder
Dr. Kile Mteto (HDFBML)
Kile Mteto, a woman of Faith, serial Entrepreneur, activist for Women Empowerment, Skills Developer and Philanthropist.
Over the last 20 years, Kile has established herself as a first-generation Graduate and Entrepreneur in her family. She is the founder and Group CEO of Ntando-Thando Group (NTT Group). NTT Group trades in Property Development, Construction, Clothing & Textiles, Agriculture, and Skills Development, respectively.
 Kile has served in leadership positions and continues to serve on various businesses as a Non-Executive Director. She is the National President of South African Women in Plumbing and Trades, Chairperson of the SAQCC-Plumbing, advocating for the inclusion of Women in the Artisan Trades.
A philanthropist supporting programs of social development especially in Townships and Rural Areas, including sponsoring of a Soup Kitchen for Charity in her area.
